Accounting in SmartBookz GoldLoan is where you record money movements after daily pledge work:
- Receipts — money in (customer pays you)
- Payments — money out (you pay vendors, staff, etc.)
- Expenses — bills and costs
- Chart of Accounts — list of ledgers
- Bank Details — cash and bank registers
- Tracked Items — track purchases, projects, and other records; link expenses and income
