This help center is written for shop staff, cashiers, accountants, and owners. You do not need to be technical. If you can use a smartphone, you can follow these guides.
What is SmartBookz GoldLoan?
Think of it as a digital notebook for your gold loan shop, plus accounting in the same place:
- When a customer brings gold, you create a pledge (loan ticket).
- When they pay back money, you record a receipt.
- When you pay someone (vendor, expense), you record a payment or expense.
- At the end of the day, you check the Daily Register to see if cash matches.
- Owners can open reports (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss) to see how the business is doing.
How to read these guides
Each guide is written like a story of clicks:
- What is this page? — plain explanation of purpose.
- What you see on screen — names of buttons and areas.
- Step-by-step — numbered steps; do them in order.
