Introduction

What is this page?

SmartBookz GoldLoan helps your shop run gold loans without heavy paperwork.

A pledge is the loan ticket when a customer keeps gold with you and takes money.
A customer is the person who takes the loan.
Receipts are when the customer pays you money back.
Payments and expenses are when you pay money out (vendors, rent, salary, etc.).

Everything is saved online, branch-wise, so you can search old records anytime.

If any of the above is missing, ask your shop owner or admin — do not share passwords with everyone.

Sidebar	The menu on the left with Dashboard, Pledge Master, Parties, etc.
App bar	The top bar with company name, branch, and your profile
Modal / popup	A window that opens on top of the page (for Add Customer, Add Receipt, etc.)
Save	Stores your data in the system — always wait until you see a success message
