Navigation overview
Learn where menus, buttons, and branch selection are — explained simply.
What is this page?
After you log in, you see the main screen with a left sidebar (menu) and a top app bar. This guide explains every important part so you never feel lost.
The left sidebar (main menu)
Look at the left side of the screen. You will see names like:
| Menu name | What it is for (simple) |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | Today’s summary numbers |
| Pledge Master | List of all loan tickets in this branch |
| Daily Register | Day book — money in and out for a date |
| Reports | Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Activity Logs |
| Bank & Cash Registers | How much is in each cash box / bank account |
| Parties | Customers, Vendors, Employees, Owners |
| Accounting | Chart of accounts, Receipts, Payments, Expenses, Assets |
| Settings | Company setup, users, masters (admins) |
How to open a page: click the name once. The page opens on the right.
The top app bar
At the top you usually see:
- Company / branch name — which shop and branch you are working in.
- Search or quick actions (depending on your plan).
- Your profile — logout, profile, sometimes company switch.
Changing branch (very important)
If your company has more than one branch:
Find the branch selector
Look at the top app bar for the company or branch dropdown.
Click it
A list of branches appears.
Pick your branch
Click the branch you are working in today (for example “Main Shop”).
Wait for the page to refresh
Lists (customers, pledges, receipts) now show only that branch’s data. Wrong branch = wrong numbers.
Settings menu (different sidebar)
When you click Settings, the left menu changes to things like:
- Company Details
- Users & roles
- Area Master, Gram Price, Interest Slab, etc.
To go back to normal work, use the back arrow or Settings label at the top of that menu.
What you will see on the screen
- Back control — returns you to Dashboard / Pledge Master menu.
- Organization — company and user profile items.
- Master — setup data used when creating pledges (rates, areas, prefixes).
