View your SmartBookz plan, limits, and renewal — Subscription details for admins.
What is this page?
Subscription shows your plan, usage limits (users, pledges, receipts), and billing-related info.
Settings → Organization → Subscription (/settings/profile/subscription-details).
Why you use this page
- See if you hit pledge or receipt limits (buttons like New Receipt may disable).
- Know renewal date and upgrade options.
- Contact billing before shop busy season.

- Plan name — current package.
- Usage meters — pledges, users, receipts vs limit (if shown).
- Renewal / billing — dates and payment status per your deployment.
Step-by-step: check limits before busy day
Open Subscription
Settings → Organization → Subscription details.
Read usage
If near 100% on pledges or receipts, plan upgrade.
Upgrade or renew
Follow on-screen Upgrade or contact SmartBookz support (Contact support).
What happens when limit reached?
- New Receipt, new pledge, or other adds may disable until upgrade.
- Existing data remains safe — you can still view and often edit.
