Branch Settings is the hub for branch-scoped operational configuration.
Settings → Branch Settings (/settings/branch-settings).
Use the in-page sidebar to switch sections without leaving the hub.
Sections

| Closure Charges | Flat missing charge applied on Pay and Close (same for all jewel types) |
| Pay & Close Policy | How calculated months are derived from tenure |
| Anchor Pay & Close | Print/analytics month policy for estimate anchors |
| Pledge Prefix | Pledge bill number alphabet and range |
| Customer Lending Score | Lending score thresholds |
| Field Dropdowns | Shared dropdown lists (company-wide; applies to all branches) |
