Find and manage all gold loan pledges in one list — filters, columns, and where to go next.
What is this page?
Pledge Master is the full list of pledges (gold loans) for your branch. Use it to search, filter, and export — and to open a pledge for actions like Pay and Close or Edit Pledge.
Route: Pledge Master (/parties/pledges).
Note: To create a new pledge, start from Customers → customer details → Add Pledge (Create a pledge).
Why you use this page
- Find a pledge by number, customer name, date, or status.
- See overview charts below the table (some filters may not affect charts).
- Export list to Excel/PDF when your role allows.
What you see on the screen
What you will see on the screen
- Pledge Master — page title.
- Manage Columns — show/hide columns (Pledge Number, Pledge Date, Customer Name, Loan Amount, Status, etc.).
- Filters — narrow by date, status (current/closed), jewel type, loan amount, area, and more.
- Table — one row per pledge; click row to open details (flow may go via customer).
- Overview section — charts under the table for quick visual summary.
- Export — Excel/PDF from more menu when available.
Step-by-step: find a pledge
Open Pledge Master
Sidebar → Pledge Master.
Use Filters
Click Filters → set pledge number, customer, date range, or status → apply.
Open the pledge
Click the row. You may land on customer pledge details — confirm customer name and pledge number.
Step-by-step: adjust the table view
Manage Columns
Click Manage Columns → tick the columns you need (e.g. Status, Jewel Type).
Sort
Click column headers where sorting is enabled.
