Activity logs
Find who created or changed records using All Logs — filters and columns explained.
What is this page?
Activity Logs (page title All Logs) show who did what and when — useful when a pledge amount, receipt, or setting looks wrong.
Route: Reports → Activity Logs / All Logs (/reports/activity-logs).
Why you use this page
- Trace who edited a receipt or pledge.
- Investigate suspicious changes.
- Answer customer disputes with facts.
What you see on the screen

- All Logs — page heading.
- Filter — user, date, module, action type (as available).
- Table — timestamp, user, action, entity reference.
Step-by-step: find a change
Open All Logs
Sidebar → Reports → Activity Logs (or All Logs).
Set date range
Narrow to the day the problem happened.
Filter by user (optional)
If you know which staff member was on duty.
Filter by module (optional)
Pledge, Receipt, Payment, Settings, etc.
Read the row
Note action (create/update/delete) and reference id — open that record in the main module.
What you see in a typical log row
- When — date and time
- Who — user name
- What — created pledge, updated receipt, etc.
- Reference — id linking to the record
Tips

| Act quickly | Logs are easier while memory is fresh |
| Do not use for customer-facing proof alone | Pair with voucher print |
| Train staff not to share logins | Logs show user account |
If something goes wrong
| Problem | What to do |

| Cannot open page | Permission — ask admin |
